Decison Fatigue Checklist

I built this checklist because I’ve been there — planning a wedding, launching a business, working full-time in strategic marketing, parenting six pets (not on purpose) — and making high-stakes decisions every single day. Decision fatigue is real, and it compounds quietly. This isn’t about doing more. It’s about reducing unnecessary decisions so you can protect your judgment for the ones that actually matter.

The Decision Fatigue Reduction Checklist is a practical, team-friendly tool to help you identify where decisions are multiplying, install clear filters so everything isn’t negotiable, separate moral weight from operational weight, audit invisible emotional labor, and remove at least one recurring decision this week
